Don't know what everyone's problem is
I'd choose Reisner over The CUB any day. The food is always hot and fresh, and the people at the front are always friendly. On a meal plan, you're getting buffet access for what works out to be about $6.40 per swipe, which is more than what they rip you off for everywhere else ($4.60 cash equivalent). The only thing I don't like about Reisner is the ice cream station attendants. I prefer to get my own, and when there's a few people in line, it takes a while (especially if they want milk shakes).

What am I eating?
Every time I eat at Reisner I feel like I got to crap my pants a few minutes later. No joke. I think they put laxatives in the food.

dogsh*t
If you took a nice big smelly nasty sh*t from the yard your dog craps in and cover it in soy sauce that describes their chinese food. Pizza reminds me of a lunchable except hot. And make sure you check any meat you get to make sure its done. Lastly, if you eat here, expect to spend a possibly large amount of time on the porcelain god either having diarrhea or taking a really bone dry and hard ass-splitting sh*t. Other than that reisner is a great place to eat.

If you eat that then good for you
KRINER is the model for what a college student will eat. Reisner contains many types of food I have never even heard of. The breakfast is amazing but I cant have breakfast all day so during lunch and dinner I just get a bowl of cereal! I don't like the exotic foods that they have. I'm a College student... give me something greasy with a lot of cheese.

Lots Of Room For Improvement
Ok so I work in a restaurant and I have a very good understanding of what goes on in a restaurant. However there are certain things that are totally unacceptable for any restaurant of any standard. Upon walking into Reisner the first thing you experience is being greeted by someone who swipes your card to charge you for the meal which you are about to consume. This is usually another college student or a short old grumpy lady. Neither one smiles or gives a very good first impression of a good dining experience. Next you go in and are greeted by a giant buffet. However most of the food looks as if it has been sitting out for quite some time. Pizzas are usually fresh and quite tasteful. There are always burgers or something on the grill however if Donna is working the broil dont expect the line to move very quickly. For some reason she can not cook more than 10 or 15 burgers at a time. If you go over to the hot bar or the chinese place be careful of anything chicken. Make sure to cut each individual piece on your plate and examine it to check the doneness of the piece. Several times in the 09-10 school year I have bitten into raw in the center chicken, however this hasnt happened since I posted a sign about it on the comment board. The salad bar has a wide variety of items however be sure to closely examine the greens for freshness. They dont always throwout the bad stuff when it starts to turn. Lastly you can finish off with desert. The bakery has some good selections but something is not quite rite with the blueberry pie. There is also an ice cream pantry with a soft serve machine. Most days the vanilla is similar to the stuff we all know and love from McDonalds. However towards the end of the week when supplies start to run low it is thinned with water. Also beware the chocolate sometimes has a hint of mint. As for the scoop ice cream there is usually a good variety however not always something that you may want. Also if you are not used to the food be prepared to spend lots of time squatting.

THIS PLACE SUCKS
Reisner has to be the worst dining hall on the campus of any college...Kriner isn't much better. I eat there, and last week, I found a really, long hair in my pizza. I don't eat pizza anymore. I would rather eat rotten bolute eggs from India than have to eat at Reisner or Kriner every day.

Same old crap
Way to go Shippensburg University. The place gets a fairly hideous makeover but the food is just as nasty as it was before. Thanks for nothing, assholes.

Worst on Campus
The food is always cold or soggy, the drink machines are always out of syrup for the drinks so you just get water or really watered down drink, and finally its always they same f*cking food no change ever.

Better than Nothing
The new color scheme was awful for a while but you get used to it. They have a soup and bread bar now, the bread is usually fairly fresh. Stick to the bread and pasta though, it's mediocre but fairly safe.
