While the course material is pretty boring, Dr. Rense tries to be as entertaining as possible. He likes to crack jokes and has a sense of humor. He's an extremely nice man and a very intelligent professor. He's pretty good with answering e-mails and such. You definitely have to read the text book to pass the tests, but they're not bad and they're all multiple choice. It's a pretty easy gen ed, if you don't mind the reading.

Dr. Rense is a good professor, and is a living encyclopedia. His classes though are somewhat difficult. In-class lectures take up most of the semester, but are broken apart with a few movies, or in-class projects, which are fairly easy. There is a photography project that is required, and depending on the difficulty of your project, the better the grade. His tests are difficult, and you HAVE TO READ THE BOOK. I didnít, and it hurt me come test time. He does give VERY easy quizzes sometimes at the end of the lectures. Overall, Dr. Rense is a good professor, and I highly recommend him - however, be prepared to read the book, and pay attention in class. If you do this, you'll be fine.

This guy is funny. Nice guy and easy lectures, but hard tests. Classes can be boring and are skipable, but I would suggest studying before the exams. I would recommend taking him.

This man knows ALOT!!! the inclass assignments are really easy and don't require a whole lot of thought. the tests can be a lil difficult but all tests are graded on a curve AND all letter grades at the end of the marking period are graded on a curve so you can't fail this class!!

Rense is a pretty good guy. His tests are all multiple choice, you just have to read the book and be in class. Pop quizzes are really easy too. There are three inclass projects which are cake and a photo project which is an easy 100 points. Just read and youll be fine

Dr Rense was a good teacher. He is very easy to take notes from, and although his tests can be difficult, you do in class projects that are easy and help your grade. He also has you do a very easy project. He is friendly and funny. I would recommend him to anyone looking to take his classes.

All he does is lecture on things that you cannott possibly stay awake on. No notes or study focus for tests so make sure you read all of his chapters for the tests. Just a dull person who likes to talk about his boring past in New Orleans.

Mostly all this man did was lecture, and it was boring. However, I don't know how you could make this particular subject interesting. The tests weren't too hard. To get a good grade on tests pay attention in class and read the chapter summaries (you don't need to read the entire chapter unless you have a need to get every question right.) Dr. Rense is a nice guy and is always willing to help.

Dr. Rense is a really nice guy, but his class is really boring. You hardly ever get let out early. His tests are kinda hard because you have to know like 8 chapters in the text PLUS his lecture, but you can make up for the tests by the in class projects.
