The first 45 minutes of the first class I thought dr verney was so scary I was sure that I pissed my pants. After that first class, he really grew on me. He swears a lot and is extremely loud (a surprisingly good thing so early in the morning). I was never tired or bored in his classroom. He was such a help outside of class. He was one of the best professors I could have had during my last semester at Ship. There is one big compensation team project and two tests. The average grade on the 1st test was a 50%, yet I know that no one will receive less than a B this semester. Grades aren't in yet, but I'm sure that it'll be an A, or at least a B. I totally recommend him!

This guy is absolutely crazy, but hilarious. If you put forth effort and show up, he'll give you a good grade. Participation in class is important too. Every semester the way he sets up his class changes, so I have no idea what you'll get to do.

He comes off a bit frightening, and the first week I thought it was going to be my worst class. However if you put the time and the effort into the class he's a very easy professor to get along with. I found that I actually enjoyed the class! He gives pop quizzes, a mid-term and a final. Typically, the tests come straight from the quizzes. So put in the effort and you'll be fine!!

Avoid this guy at all costs. He thinks he knows everything and makes you feel stupid if you answer a question incorrectly. He expects everyone to wear business attire, gives quizzes every week, and on top of all that he gives you an F for the class if you miss 3 classes.

He is the only international business professor, so you have to take him. He gives quizes about once a week. They are hard. Study the quizes before you take the midterm and final.
