Subject: Great Prof - he knows what he is talking about  (Mar 28 2003, 05:24PM)

He is definitely a brilliant man in all areas of studies. It does sometimes seem like the lectures are long and boring, but in the end they aren't that bad. The greatest thing about his class is that you only have to do two term papers and write two essay tests.

Even if you love history, do not take this man. He is the most boring prof. you will ever get, which makes it immpossible to do good in his class because your mind wanders. He only has three tests and attendace is mandatory. Stay away!

He knows what he's teaching you so he's not one of those profs that doesn't make any sense. But his lectures are long, dry and EXTREMELY FAST. These books he gives you are dry too, but welcome to history. If you don't know any profs... he's alright.

Some of the books he assigned to read were a little dry but bearable. You have to write two papers which aren't too hard. He is concerned with grammar a lot. His lectures can also get dry and his tests are essays.

He knows what he is teaching and is always available, but he rushes through things so you can hardly get the notes down and lectures the whole class. If there is no one better, he's all right
