She was the only professor that gave a sh*t about her classes. I have had many professors in my history, but she is the only one to stand out and leave a mark on me. She is a great positive influence, excellent leader, and friendly person. If you have a question she is there to answer it. If you need extra help, she will make time for you. Best history professor I have ever had.

Prof. Klenovich is a good professor, overall. My only problem with her style is that the courses are almost entirely lectures, and I'm not exactly an auditory learner. Some of the course material is admittedly boring, but she finds ways to try to make it interesting either by throwing in stories or making jokes. The textbook is largely optional because most of her lecture material covers everything in the book. I think I may have opened my textbook one night. As long as you take good notes, you'll do fine. Overall, I thought she was a great prof.

This was the best class I took this semester. I don't have my grade for the class yet but I would have to fail the final to get lower than an A. She gives a study guide for the 2 tests which are m/c and T/F (she might throw in some short answer but thats easy.) She was so nice she always compared the boring stuff in history to modern day which made her class interesting. The work load was light with 7 mini essays where all you had to do was analyze some selections from the "Frazee." No Biggie. I didn't use my actual history book at all it is still in shrink wrap... all the info I needed was in my notes. Then there is a 5 page reearch paper that you have to do on someone in history (piece of cake.) Normally you have to give a speech on your paper but this semester she didn't make us give it and she still gave us the points for it. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone and I look forward to taking World History 2 with her next semester.

She teaches all of her classes the same way. She puts an outline on the overhead and you copy it and take notes on it. She requires no text book, just a reader that you write short papers from or take quizes on. She always has a joke for you so you don't fall asleep during her lecture. Only two tests and one big (3-5pg) paper. Lots of points so any missed assignment won't hurt you. Even if you don't know your history very well and you half ass your way through this class I don't see why you can't get at least a B. Just pay attention and enjoy.

She was a new teacher this year and a very good one at that. The notes we took helped out a lot for her tests. Both the midterm and final were multiple choice and then we would have quizzes and current events every now and then. Reaction papers also boost your grade. She is the easiest grader I've had so far out of 10 teachers and I would recommend taking her very much.

Prof K was easy to get along with. She was usually very upbeat and has a way of connecting with the students on an "I'm a regular person" type-basis...in other words, she doesn't act haughty or stuffy or too brainy like some of the teachers here. the class workload was easy to manage. The only downside was that every single class was a lecture...for 1hr and 15minutes every class (zzz...zzz...zzz). If you like lecture style classes-Prof K. will be great. I just wish she had involved the class more. All-in-all a very manageable college course and she was pleasant enough!

Shes very nice and understanding. Funny in lectures too, sometimes goes on goofy tangents but theyre a good diversion from lectures for a couple minutes. Lots of notes so take them, cuz she never used the book except for the biographies book. 8 one page papers from the biographies book that are 25 points, real easy. 3 page "autibiography" that is cake. 2 exams, not cumulative; just study. Good, easy prof.

She is a wonderful professor. She assigns easy one page papers which are basically grade boosters. I slacked off all semester and easily got a B+. I recommend taking her if available.

Boy this class was cake. Had one larger paper (like 3-5 pdgs) and a bunch of one page papers that were super easy. Do not completly blow off her two exams because they can be a bit tricky. Do all the easy work and you WILL get an A

She is a great history professor. She goes in depth on everything that you learn. She is a little boirng with the lectures, but if you do your work and take good notes you will know everything. The tests are considerably easy, but do require some studying. Take her if available!!

This professor sucks, hands down. She picks favorites like it's her job, so by a few classes in you're either set or screwed. If you miss more than two classes, your grade goes down an entire letter grade at the end of the semester. And don't try emailing her, she'll flip out and send you nasty emails saying to read the syllabus no matter what you ask. Her notes are decent but again, if she doesn't like you you're screwed and she'll grade your papers like a Nazi. This woman just isn't pleasant and it sucks that she screws over students that get their sh*t done.

She's a decent professor. Her classes can drone on and she reads the notes from this sheet right in front of class. However, if you take good notes and actually pay attention to her, you'll probably do fine. There are 2 tests that are decent if you study for them. There also are a couple of short papers to write. Overall, she's a decent teacher, but just kind of boring.

Pros: Good outline for notes, easy to study for tests, study guide makes test easy, she's very lax...
Cons: picks favorites, class is boring, you have to write side notes (not just her outline) or studying is impossible, she grades like a fiend, she refuses to answer questions regardless of how good they are...

Professor Klenovich is a very effective teacher but you have to go to class. If you miss more than 2 days, your grade will be dropped a full letter. There is only a midterm and final, which are pretty easy if you study for them. There are also three papers that you have to do on a reading you are given. There are also disuccsions in class that can be a pain but they are easy points. Just show up and pay attention and you'll get an A.

Dr Klenovich herself is a nice lady and keeps lectures interesting with very random comments. However I became horridly bored in class with her never ending overhead outlines. Also the midterm and final exams were extremely difficult, focusing on very minute details in history. Current events and short papers helped boost the grade, but as you can see by my C+, it didn't help all that much. Take her if you want; personally, I recommend taking someone else for the course.
