He is kinda boring but I stink at history and did very well in his class. All of the notes are on black board and he is not a hard grader. I would totally take him again.. he made history fun and interesting and EASY. All you have to do is study the blackboard powerpoints.

Prof. Mullery was very boring, I will not lie, but his tests were on the easier side if you study the notes (on BB) and read the syllabus for essay topics, you should get an A. He takes attendance so you lose points if you don't go, but overall an easy class.

Easy class but a boring class. He just reads off overheads. Don't bother buying the books... he gives all the notes plus lots more you won't need on blackboard. Study about an hour before you go for tests and quizzes and you will do fine. He grades semi hard on the 2 papers you need to turn in. Just go in depth on papers and essays and make it sound like you know what you're talking about and you will receive a decent grade. Overall take him!

Prof Mullery was my favorite teacher last semester. His class was enjoyable even though I had it at 8am. As long as you go to class and take notes, his exams are easy. Only two papers are required and the topics are very broad and easy to talk about. I highly recomend this teacher.

He likes essays a lot and on his papers he loves details. His lectures are extremely boring especially at eight o clock in the morning. If you go to class his tests are fairly easy. Take him if you can.

I think Professor Mullery was a pretty easy teacher. You go to class twice a week and copy down the notes he puts up, and then just study them. His tests are ridiculously easy, if you don't get at least a B on them, then youre not doing your work. Everything he tests or just general information he gives you. And the essay he pretty much hints at what it's going to be. I think he made this class extremely easy for a World History class, and there final is just a regular test which is easy. Also you do two papers, which are so easy, I think he's a pretty easy grader, and the class overall was easy.

This class was not too bad but pretty boring at the same time. We had to take notes off of overheads for what seemed like an eternity. If you got through the note taking then you would be set because his tests are short and based on the notes and the paper topics are your own choice and not graded hard. Mullery is a good guy to take if you just need another class without demanding a lot of attention.

Yes, history can be boring but suck it up. We have to take it. Mullery is the nicest guy.........Ex-military pilot, knows and love his history and has great stories. He will do anything he can to help you, doesn't get angry, doesn't make you feel stupid. After taking him for WH I, I made sure I had him for WH II.

Mr. Mullery is an easy-ish teacher. His class isn't too hard if you come every class and pay attention. The only problem I have with him is that whenever I would go to him for help, he would tell me that he wasn't able to help me with my papers or exam feedback because "it wasn't fair to other students". I have never had a teacher tell me that he would not help me. All of my professors encourage this and it shocked me that he would not help because I was really trying to improve.

Mr Mullery tho he is a good guy like the comments above say he is not a good teacher. Gives about 2 pages of notes off an overhead everyday. And normally it wouldnt be that bad but it seems like its a turbo note taking class, he doesnt leave the notes up for any amount of time at all and you have trouble learning during class. He grades papers on who knows what scale and though his test are short the essay is graded so indepth getting 100 on it is impossible. If you get stuck with him hope you learn to write in pen because your pencil will break each class.

The man isn't hard, he just expects u to read instead of just taking his notes down. If he notices everybody taking notes he'll speed up so you can't get everything down cuz he'd rather u read. The stuff isn't hard if u pay attention and or read, and since its only 2 papers and 4 tests, def worth hittin up

Overall this class is manageable. You are assigned a chapter to read for every class. The tests aren't too difficult. They are some multiple choice and one essay usually. In class you copy notes from an overhead which is kind of boring but at least it is basically like getting the notes handed to you.
